User-Initiated Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your application after submission, please contact us immediately. Once the visa application process has started, cancellations may not be possible.
If a visa application is canceled or rejected by the government authority, a full refund will be provided as per the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
Full Refunds:
If a visa application is canceled by the government authority, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the service fees paid to IMMIGRATEINDIA.
The refund will be processed within 2 to 30 working days from the date of notification of cancellation.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Fees paid directly to government agencies, embassies, or consulates are non-refundable and are excluded from our refund policy.
Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
IMMIGRATEINDIA is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or bank.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
The user provides false, incomplete, or misleading information.
